ETFE Coatings
ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) based Teflon coatings are extremely high performance coatings for use in the most demanding of conditions. Our ETFE coatings combine outstanding chemical resistance with excellent abrasion and impact resistance. It is ideal for components operating in very harsh industrial environments where durability and long service life are essential.

What Is ETFE?
ETFE based coatings offer many of the chemical resistance benefits of PFA while providing greater toughness and mechanical strength at the cost of a lower maximum use temperature. ETFE coatings can achieve a greater film thickness than many other coatings which also makes it very useful as an electrical insulator. An ETFE coating is often the best choice for the most extreme applications where other coatings would fail.
Its excellent resistance to wear, impact and weathering makes ETFE an excellent choice for extending the life of industrial equipment.
Why Choose ETFE?
Equipment exposed to corrosive chemicals
Components subject to heavy abrasion and wear
High-impact industrial environments
Industrial tanks and pipework
Applications requiring a durable, low-friction surface
